Great staff! We arrived to pick our Jeep up with few clue where to drive. The lady in charge of the rental is very friendly and gave us some tips. We had a great and nice day. Unfortunatly Shaffer trail was closed. Our Rubicon is in a good state, ride great. Thank you to Moab Adventure Center!

My wife and I go to Utah from New York every year to visit family and every year we stop in Moab to do some off-road adventures. We have rented a jeep from Canyon lands jeep adventures a few times and they have always been great people to deal with. The jeep we rented a few few weeks ago was awesome. It handled very well and was very comfortable to drive.. With that being said, I give five star on the service they provide in the friendly staff, but also they went above and beyond. When we stopped to drop the jeep off, they mentioned they had a T-shirt giveaway for the Fourth of July. They told me to write down my name address and phone number and they would send me a shirt in the mail when they got them. Most places would have just brushed a person’s information under the table, but these guys actually followed through and today I am ecstatic to have received my shirt as promised. A huge thank you to Sabrina Randall for following through. I really appreciate the kind gesture of sending my shirt to me all the way in New York. Canyonlands Jeep was a lifesaver! Our vehicle broke down in the middle of a trip and they worked with us to help us get to where we needed to go. Definitely recommend!
We rented a Bronco and had a great experience. Staff was great explained everything very clearly and gave us some great advice on trails The vehicle was clean and fairly new

The jeep was awesome. Customer service was actually unrelenting: diligent in service, attentive, and effective. I wasn’t sure at first about limitations on trails. I thought restrictions might have meant limited technical challenge/too easy for an East Coast wheeler. It wasn’t an issue. In fact, If you look at the restricted or allowed lists of trails and find yourself looking them up to see what each trail is about, they’re doing you a favor by keeping you away from certain trails. You can find all the adventure and technical challenges you want on the allowed trails. Tell the staff what you’re looking for and enjoy their expert advice.
Canyonlands was the ONLY place in Moab that had something big enough for 6 people at a decent price! The process was easy and simple and you get a full 24 hours for your “day”. Will definitely use them every time we are in Moab! The lady who helped us was so sweet! I can’t remember her name, but she was super friendly and helpful! The Honda pilot was really nice and clean! 10/10 would recommend!

So we were in a bind. We had a rental from a national chain and we had car trouble late on a Friday. I won't bore you with the details, but I called Canyonlands on Saturday morning to try and find a vehicle for our last day of vacation. THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMMODATING!!! One of their team came from the downtown location to the airport location to take care of us and the rates were very reasonable. I was expecting to get clobbered, but they saved the day. If I come back, they will be my first call.
We recently rented a fabulous jeep from Canyonlands Jeep and Car Rental to tour around Moab and all the parks. It was a great experience. Their customer service was excellent! An added bonus for us is that they could track the jeep while we were doing some of the trails. We will definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company!
They were able to get us a rental over the phone during a family emergency and we’re even able to leave the keys for us to pick up the car after they had closed
Renting a Wrangler and doing the Fins & Things trail was an amazing off-roading experience. Beautiful scenery, and a very fun trail with a few challenging spots that show you what the Jeep is capable of. Great service too, highly recommended
Auf der Suche nach einem Jeep Verleih, welcher auch an nicht US-Staatsbürger verleiht, bin ich auf Canyonlands Jeep and Car Rentals gestoßen. Nach mehrmaligen E-Mail Kontakt und Abklärung mehrerer Fragen entschied ich mich für diese Firma. Von der ersten E-Mail bis hin zur Abholung und Rückgabe des Jeeps war ich rundum zufrieden. Die Dame am Morgen der Abholung gab uns noch Tipps für Trails oder Routen die wir fahren können. Man bekommt auch einen Trailguide in gedruckter Form. Bei der Abholung wird auch darauf geachtet, dass man mit der Bedienung des Fahrzeugs vertraut ist. Ansonsten wird dies sehr ausführlich erklärt. Bei der Rückgabe muss das Fahrzeug wieder vollgetankt und zumindest von grobem Schmutz befreit sein um etwaige Schäden zu erkennen. Ich kann diesen Jeep Verleih mit gutem gewissen an jeden empfehlen, der Moab und seine Umgebung auch abseits der vielen Touristen erleben will.
The best experience ever with renting a car!!! It was a same day rental. Our experience with the team there was fantastic! Pleasant, professional, kind and very helpful. We were very stressed and they came thru for us. The vehicle was great. Very clean, well maintained and very fuel efficient. The rental price was fair and for us a great bargain. Since it was a same day rental, very very last minute. We look forward to renting a vehicle again. The other adventures they offer look amazing too. Our next visit we are making time to enjoy them. Loved our Jeep experience, and we would highly recommend Canyonlands Jeep Adventures! Jeep was perfectly equipped for the fun and scenic Jeep trails that were recommended to us, and the provided maps kept us right on track. The cooler with extra water was also appreciated. Our family of four fit very comfortably in the Jeep and our teens say it was one of the highlights of our time Moab!
Had a great experience with Canyonlands Jeep Rental. I was able to pick up the Jeep the noght before we hit the trails, which was a huge help. Jeeps are well maintained and handle great on the trail. Staff knowledgable and very friendly.

We had a good experience at Canyonlands Jeep Adventure. We were staying at a nearby rv park and do not have a tow vehicle so they picked us up the night before to process the paperwork & payment. We were able to leave with the Jeep back to our campsite so we had the ability to leave for trails early the next morning. We (I) were (was) a complete novice and my wife was fearful so we got our feet wet on an easier trail. The good folks at CJA ran though details pretty quick and just sent on our way but it was a good adventure. We took Hurrah Pass, Gemini Bridges and Shafer trail. It was a long, beautiful day. They dropped us back off at our campground at the end. One thing that was mentioned that I found a little annoying was they asked us to return the Jeep rinsed off and said there was a self serve car wash just down the road. It was a $3 expense but it did irk me. All-in-all the experience was good and the people were friendly.
I was very pleased with my rental. The process was very easy. Everything was as promised. I would rent a jeep here again the next time I am back in Moab. Gauge helped me from the initial phone call for the reservation, to checking us in, etc. Very professional young man. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to rent a jeep in Moab for off road adventures!

Absolutely a fantastic experience. I rented a car to drive up into Arches national park and the car was clean and well appointed. It was very easy to make a reservation and I was picked up at my hotel and was returned to my hotel at the end of my rental time.

Willow was amazing. She literally saved our vacation by being so efficient and timely. She got us a car within minutes when everyone else we called couldn’t help. She got us in and out and on our way. The vacation was phenomenal thanks to her. Friendly and supportive. She is an excellent example of what employees should be in the customer service industry.

Fun Jeeps, well equipped to make most trails without worrying. They limit where the Jeeps are allowed to go which keeps you out of trouble. Everytime I go to Moab and rent a jeep it’s with these guys. Awesome customer service

This was out first time to Utah. The check in procedure was quick. The lady helping us was very experienced and very knowledgeable . We had a blast driving the trails around Moab. The price seemed reasonable compared to other places. Definitely recommend

Had a great time using the 4x4 we rented. No issues with the jeep and the trails Willow suggested we try were fantastic. Photos are from Onion Creek and Gemini Bridges trails. Long Canyon is a great trail as well.

Excellent experience. I would highly recommend Canyonlands! The paper handout with information about the off-road trails and information on how to shift the Jeep into varied ranges was very valuable. Not sure I would have remembered the verbal information. The large cooler that was included was a nice touch. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful throughout the process.

I had a great experience with both the staff and the rented Honda Civic. They have downtown or airport pickup/drop-off. Prices are reasonable, slightly higher than Turo but appreciably less than Enterprise. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
Sabrina was absolutely wonderful. Polite, friendly and informative. It didn't feel like a transaction, it felt more like we were catching up with a friend and getting the low down on MOAB. Price was incredibly reasonable, vehicle was in great condition and super clean and didn't hesitate on any of authorized trails we took it on. Check in/check out was a breeze. Absolutely will use this establishment for future rentals and if you're looking for a jeep hook up - dont hesitate to pop in!
I was taking work calls in my car and using my car as a Wi-Fi Hotspot when the battery died. I'd forgotten to turn off the day running lights. I walked over to the nearest business and stopped when I saw a woman hand washing a car. I asked for a jump, and she agreed to help me. What stood out most about this simple act of kindness is that the woman was actually the business owner. If she can generously interrupt her workday to help a stranger, imagine how well paying customers get treated! Thanks for being a great neighbor Canyonlands Jeep and Car Rentals! I wish your business lots of success!

Beyond impressed with their customer service! They came in on a day off to rent us a car after our truck broke down. We were able to have a great weekend still and we’re so grateful! Car was clean, ran great and a fair price.
Had a great experience and will be back next year but we will probably bring our sxs .. the owner was great 👍 only thing I can suggest is an internal gps system to guide you to trails vs a paper book ..

Sabrina helped us with a 2024 Jeep Rubicon that had a custom lift (2-inch over stock). She made sure my husband and I were comfortable with the features and options. The Jeep was a beautiful machine. She helped us with which routes would be good and tips as to when we probably would want to use the low range 4x4 on the trails we planned. Super helpful, great experience, highly recommend!

We had a great week driving the Jeep we rented from Canyonlands Jeep. The pickup and drop off were incredibly smooth, and there was always someone available to address our questions and concerns. As first-time off-road drivers, we felt safe and prepared for the trails thanks to their capable vehicles and friendly help.
This was our first time to rent a 4-W drive vehicle. Our main goal was to drive down the Shafer Trail in Canyonlands National Park. Sabrina was our contact at Canyonlands Jeeps. She familiarized us with the Jeep's operation and made suggestions as to which trails we should try (they provide a great Trail & Safety Guide). We rented the jeep for a day. We got lost on our first trail excursion and called Sabrina for help. She got us back on track. But because we wasted a lot of time while lost, we didn't have enough time to finish what we had planned to do before we had to return the Jeep. Sabrina told us we could keep it until the next day - no extra charge! That's what I call great customer service! We finished what we wanted to do the next day and had a satisfying first time experience. Thank you Sabrina and Gage for making that happen! My wife and I would highly recommend Canyonlands Jeeps.

Local Car Rental
I like to support local businesses when I travel to places like this. There is a national chain but I went local. We reserved a van before traveling. Our train was late and we arrived much later than I had expected. Canyonlands Jeep called to check on me and held the van for us. It is a convenient location that we were able to walk to in order to get the van. It was clean, comfortable and a reasonable price. The check in process was pretty standard for a car rental and the attendant was friendly. We had no problems with the vehicle.
